Yes! Therapy is still accessible via our computers and telephones.
Nothing is significantly different in receiving counselling services online, except we are visiting each other from our homes - or wherever you might be - and meeting via video and chat instead of in the office. We are able to still be collaborative in building effective skills for you to manage your mental health, and I send you our notes and homework via email.
I use a secure and confidential digital platform that is compliant with PHIPPA requirements.
